The clients are also encouraged to do free-hand and aerobic exercise led by a trainer to keep physically feet and join in relaxation and mindful meditation sessions to attain and sustain mental peace. If recommended by the clinicians concerned, the clients also receive additional therapies like occupational therapy, community therapy, physiotherapy, etc.
